I had the pleasure of designing a payment scheduler web application for ZenResolve. The goal of this B2C product is to give customers in collections the ability to set up and customize a payment plan as much as possible that works for them.

How do we give users the ability to customize their collection payment plan while keeping the user flow simple with minimum steps?
We simplified the flow into “3 simple steps,” payment period (with savings if users select a shorter period), payment frequency, and the number of payments. The users can decide what works best for them and their financial situation.
In the past, ZenResolve customers had to contact customer service agents to file a dispute. The new flow will allow the users to file a dispute and upload any supporting documents directly in the application.
